How can I find my order history?

Log into the customer account portal and select Orders from the menu. You will be able to see current and past order history.

I accidently ordered the wrong item. Can I change it?

Unfortunately, once an order has started the fulfillment process, we are unable to stop or change the order. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect your cart before checking out. Returns can be made by following our refund policy.

Shipping is taking forever. When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Sometimes things that are out of our control can cause delays. Like weather, or any unforseen event, such as a truck breaking down or being detoured. We ask that you allow up to two weeks for shipping. If after then your order still has not arrived, please contact us so we may investigate further into the matter. We thank you for your patience.

I'm having trouble with my discounts.

Discount codes can be applied manually during the checkout process. Some discounts are applied automatically such as clicking on a discount link from within an subscriber email. Check that the code you are trying to use is input correctly and isn't expired. Some discounts can't be combined.
